RECOGNISING OUR FUTURE

As we look forward to the next 100+ years of our organisation we must recognise that the industry, stakeholder expectations and our operating environment have changed forever and will continue to change at pace.  Through reflection on our learnings from the last 24 months and our best understanding of what is to come, we have identified a need to build greater consistency in how we do things (principles and approach, not specifically what we do) to deliver on evolving stakeholder expectations and what we see as key drivers for success for 2022 and beyond.

To this end we have developed a set of values (uniquely ours at Eagers Automotive) that we believe (applied right) will underwrite our success into 2022 and beyond.  There is a short video that highlights and explains each value that can be viewed below.  Please take the time to watch and consider.

Recognising values are only as good as what we live, not what we say or document as an organisation, I would ask you to start the journey with us by providing feedback on where you think you currently sit with respect to these values in your local business unit.  From there our local leadership will engage with you in active planning to identify and action change based priorities.  The link to provide feedback is here.

As 2022 gets underway I am genuinely looking forward to a successful year ahead, beginning our values journey and I know whatever it throws at us we will make it a success and have a bit of fun along the way!
