We have chosen to set out and launch our values on a Rubik’s cube.
Why?
There are many life and business lessons that can be taken from a Rubik’s cube (just google it), just like the last 24 months of pandemic life… 👇
A Rubik’s Cube isn’t a puzzle the majority of people can solve in a flash. It takes time, you will make mistakes, take wrong turns and probably wish you never set eyes on it… But only those who are prepared to stick at it, to battle through frustrations will achieve success.
We feel this is a great parallel to success in life and business and the journey on which we are about to embark in adding a value set to our business providing an approach guide on ‘how we do things around here’ – our belief of ‘good’ and what’s important.
As we take this journey, I challenge you to remember that as things continue to change, sometimes you need to sacrifice something you have built to move forward… just like the Rubik’s cube.
